We do not charge a fee for mortgage advice as we receive payment from the lender.  As we're Independent Mortgage Advisers we also offer the option for you to pay us a fee of up to 1% of the loan amount and receive the lender's payment yourself.

You may face the possibility of finding yourself out of pocket because of survey/legal fees if your house purchase falls through. Buyer's Protection will protect you for three months from the date your mortgage application is submitted.

We provide a service for the life of your mortgage. We will review your mortgage and protection arrangements 12 weeks before your current initial benefit period expires to offer you another competitive scheme.  You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you re-mortgage.
